
Azreen Azmi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Azreen Azmi & Associates and she was called to the Bar in 2001 after completing her pupillage at Messrs Azmi & Associates under the mentorship of Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali.
Her early practice was particularly focused on property financing, developer advisory, and institutional lending, where she managed large volumes of transactions and liaised with regulatory bodies and corporate stakeholders. She once built a strong reputation in the legal industry by acting as panel solicitor for multiple major banks and financial institutions which includes CIMB, RHB, Bank Islam and Maybank.
Her legal practice has since evolved to focus on corporate structuring, commercial agreements, regulatory advisory, and strategic legal planning for businesses across a diverse range of industries, including retail, fashion, beauty, healthcare, F&B, manufacturing, and tech-based ventures.

Nursyakirah Din is a dual-qualified graduate in both civil and syariah law and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.
Starting her career as a Paralegal has made her gained exposure to corporate legal documentation, conveyancing transactions, and client advisory work. She continued her professional journey by completing her pupillage and actively involved in corporate and commercial matters, advising business clients on legal documentation, compliance, and internal governance.

Nur Dalila Husna Sazali was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.
She was experienced in non contentious matters, including debt recovery, applications for Letter of Administration and Probate, and non-Muslim mutual divorce proceedings. Her Syariah law practice had also encompassed matters relating to divorce, hibah, pusaka, and wasiat, providing legal advice and managing documentation in accordance with Syariah principles and procedures.
She is also well-versed in conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions, developer projects, and bank financing documentation. Her experience includes liaising with and managing documentation for various financial institutions such as LPPSA, Koperasi Bank Pertama, Maybank, Public Bank, and Bank Simpanan Nasional.
Today, she is part of Azreen Azmi & Associates contributing to the conveyancing and Shariah legal departments. Her work helps drive the firm’s growth and enhances the efficiency of the firm’s legal services.
